About a month I have had this page going now, and no one says anything about anything. now all of a sudden everyone wants to talk about sour cream.

I love using sour cream on hotdogs. In fact I've had that for lunch for the last 2 days. What I like most of all is of course, Twinkie Weiner Sandwiches :)

Its got nothing to do with sour cream, but I assume he mentioned it because of hot dogs. In case your wondering, a Twinkie Weiner Sandwich is something that "Weird Al" Yankovic made in his movie "UHF". What he did was take a twinkie, slice it open at the top, put a hot dog inside, and then put spray cheese on top of it. sounds gross, but if you try it with an open mind it really tastes good. I was the first one of the people I know to venture out and try it. I forced others to try it and since then I have quite a few friends and reletivs who eat the things and like them now. If you are reading this and have never tried a Twinkie Weiner Sandwich, go try one, and let me know what you think.

You skipped one of the essential and most basic uses for Sour Cream..BAKED FREAKIN POTATO!!! That and it is also absolutely a necessity on potato pancake's. :-) Only downside, it'll kill you quicker than cigarettes and make you a fatass to boot...heh.

I didnt think I needed to mention the obvious baked potato. but hes right, I probably should have.

I was just sitting here thinking,.... Sour Cream has to be one of the best things ever to happen to food. its awesome in a burrito, in a taco, baked ziti,... what would potato chips be without dip? you may think its gross, but if you try it, sour cream is even good on pancakes. anyone use sour cream on anything else?

Notice the new link on the right hand side... its for DJ Hardware. DJ Hardware is probably one of the BEST vinyl trance and techno DJ's you will EVER hear. He spins everything from acid trance to break beats. his mixes are so well done, that if you were not looking at the time on the CD player, youd think you were listening to 1 long song. If you like long nonstop electronic mixes, and you have not heard DJ Hardware yet, then I suggest you go out and buy some. My personal favorites would have to be "the rhythm chamber" and "soundshock 2, the trance edition". check it out, and if you like it, let me know.

Didnt even bother messing around, I just decided to order straight from Blue Room them selvs. While I was at it, I ordered a few extra items as well. Some race on sunday. there was a 2 hour, 46 minute, 56 second rain delay. this was only after 43 laps. when they could finally start again, the lead changed a few times, and pits were being done. Jeff Burton quickly took and held on to the lead and when the rain started again, there was a big wreck, which Burton was involved in, he managed to stay out front despite the smashed in right front tire, and since the race was now half over it could be officially be called off as a finished day. Jeff Burton won. and would you believe, FINALLY sir Gordon got some damage to his car!!! and in the process I saw Mark Martin pass him, and that was on the final piece of yellow flag before the red flag came out. however, for some reason the standings show that Gordon finished ahead of Martin, which I didnt see, but maybe the start/finish line was right there. and as if it comes as a big surprise, the report on Nascar.com says that the final wreck was caused by Gordon hitting someone on the rear. If you ask me, Jeff Burton deserved that win yesterday. Mark Martin had a diferent car yesterday,.. I didnt like it as much as the normal Valvoline car, but it was interesting, and only for one weekend. Next week we go to Texas for the PRIMESTAR 500.

Cant win sometimes.... I just found out some information last night and today about a CD that I have been trying to get for a few months now. I had been waiting for Media Play to get this thing in for a long time, and they finally did. but before I even knew it, SOMEONE else went and bought it. So I tried to re-order it, and turns out the thing is CUT, and is no longer in production. thing that irks me the most is that the dude that bought it wouldnt even know Blue Room existed if I didnt tell them about it. Oh well, I'll find it one of these days.. Dave is looking for it too, and thats a good thing cause Dave rules.

Well, it is complete. this is now 'MERVERNATION.COM' you should be able to get here with or without the 'WWW' from now on, I will be having the sub domain of 'MERMAID.FLYINGMOOSE.COM' turned off in a few days. (thanks to Moose who let me have that until I got my own) I will leave it active for now until my entry in the domain list has propagated all the way. All the links on the page that refer to my e-mail or other html pages under my domain have been updated accordingly.

Just in case anyone is wondering,.. I am in no way part of Blue Room, or have anything to do with them except own a lot of their records. The reasons for the link under my title are simple. 1: They rule, and I want people to know about them. 2: Its a cool logo. 3: It looks good there.
Blue Room, in my eyes is a terrific label for GOA Trance. All the artists they have are in that catagory of dark and eire sounding music, which I love. The music, especially Juno Reactor has been the major influence for my music. Allthough I have nothing to do with the Blue Room Released label, I hope one day maybe I will.

Done with the CD and I must say, after listening to it in my car, it sounds really good. The first 9 tracks are the ones from the origional Blue Room mix, (which WAS 1 long track, but I split it up in to the correct lengths and made it a little easier to scan through). the last 8 tracks are the ones I mixed together and added on to the CD to make a total 70.5 minutes. Blue Room rules.

This was sent to me through my Office E-mail today, Im not sure how old or new it is, but its pretty funny. I will see if I can find out where and when this report is from.

Carjacking Foiled.
An elderly lady did her shopping and, upon return, found four males in her car. She dropped her shopping bags and drew her handgun, proceeding to scream at them at the top of her voice that she knows how to use it and that she will if required: so get out of the car. The four men didn't wait around for a second invitation but got out and ran like mad, whereupon the lady proceeded to load her shopping bags into the back seat of the car and get into the drivers seat. Small problem , her key wouldn't fit the ignition. Her car was identical and parked four or five spaces farther down. She loaded her bags into her car and drove to the police station. The sergeant to whom she told the story nearly tore himself in two with laughter and pointed to the other end of the counter, where four pale white males were reporting a carjacking by a mad elderly white woman; no charges were filed.

Pretty much done laying out the song, all I have left to do is patch all the small parts together to make the entire song become 1 piece, and then mix in the extra background sounds and some rolling bass cause I think it belongs there. would have been done by now except, as usual, I started yet another project. I am making a new mix of Blue Room stuff, and adding it on to a CD I have which contains a 35 minute mix from Blue Room them selvs. I figure take that mix, make another one, put them both on a CD so it doesnt waste 39 minutes of the capable 74, and I'll have a cool CD to listen to. personal use really.. allthough Hoagie wants one,... but hell hes my cousin, why not. and Marlin gets one too. Dave can have one cause he just rules.

bunch of crap. the race yesterday in atlanta was a good race, but once again sir Gordon tried to pull something rediculous. it was a slightly wet day yesterday, and the race was going ok, as soon as Gordon made his way up to the front, and was in first position, he radios in to the pits and says that he thinks the track is getting to wet to continue... now had they called off the race, he would have won by default. they did caution at that point, but continued later. he still won, but it was a slimey attempt at an easy victory. Martin started back around 13th and fell back to 24th, but made his way up to a 3rd at the finish line. time to go check nascar.com for the official standings.

Change of plans. I sat down at my computer last night to work on the new song, and ended up fiddling around with the synths, only to come up with a really cool sound, so I followed it through and within an hour had a real cool song shaping up. I am real excited to finish it, and it should be done tonight. its repititious with progression... kind of makes no sence, but if you listen to it when its downloadable, youll understand. I will let you all know when its up for grabs. (dont worry Hoagie, youll get a sneak preview before everyone else)

New Song - I am almost done with my new song, its a lot darker than my first one, it actually sounds like something BlueRoom would put on a compilation CD. when its done, I will post it, in the download area that I am setting up right now. I will have my first song in there to download by the end of this week. so when you see the link, check it out and give me some feed back on what you think. It might not be the normal trance you expect, theres so much trance out there that I decided to go for a different style than the usual nonstop 303 and drumb. some of my stuff is trance/ambient some GOA/hardcore and some I just make up. but it all works out sounding ok according to all the people who have heard it so far,.. and it works in a mix too. so keep that in mind before you critisize too badly :)

NASCAR - I dont know if anyone out there watched the vegas 400 yesterday, but let me tell you, it was an exciting race. that is, untill the usual happened. what usual? the usual "guy you like is doing well, caution, a jerk gets out near front, then of all things your guy blows a cylinder." if you like NASCAR, you can probably tell I am a Mark Martin fan. and that I also dont care for the way Gordon always lucks out. they dont normally caution for smoke, and if they didnt, certain people would have run out of gas at 15 to go, but I swear sometimes I think someone is paying them off the make it easier for certain drivers... who knows... it ended up a pretty fair race anyway. Martins team mate won the race. pretty funny actually.. last week Jeff Burton (Martins team mate) won the Busch race, and Martin the Winston, this week, just the opposite. I will be going to the race in Deleware this september and thats always fun.. might even get to meet Mark Martin.

saw something today that kind of irked me. I go to lunch around 1:15 and I pull into a gas station to get a soda, as I am coming out I see a pile of cigarette butts on the ground next to my car. obviously someone decided to clean out their ash tray before they left. (unless they made a special trip there just for that) anyway,.. I also saw a garbage can about 1 foot away from the other side of my car. are some people really THAT lazy that they cant walk 7 feet to throw their crap out? its a sick world, it really is, and things like this dont give anyone any reason to try to make it better. I am the type of person that will walk around the supermarket and pick up the misplaced stuff, and put it back where it belongs, but i sure as hell dont want to touch someone elses dirty junk and throw it out, and probably no one else does either. so there it will sit for who knows how long.
